Blessing of the nets

June 9, 2011

We pray your goodness,
that you might bless with your powerful right hand
these nets woven for the capturing of fish,
so that when the catch of fish in these nets
shall have happened for the use of your servants,
we may yield to you, Lord, the granter of good works,
deserved thanks for the granted benefits.
